Pre-Purchasing a Burial Plot

Pre-purchase services are available.

A Right of Burial may be purchased in advance of actual use. This is known as a Pre-Purchase. A specific lot can be reserved at the prices current on the day of purchase. The grave digging and plaque funds are invested with a friendly society ensuring that the future costs associated with these services keep in step with CPI and the right holder is protected against future price rises. The only cost payable at the time of conversion from a Pre-Need Burial to an At-Need burial will be the CCNSW Internment Levy. As this is a government levy which may change from time to time the levy will be payable at the time of internment.

The purchase of a burial right also includes the free use of our chapel for the funeral service.

Our Cremation Services

A pre-purchased cremation certificate can be purchased at the fee applicable on the day of purchase. No further fee is payable. This fee includes the free use of our chapel for the funeral service.

The only cost payable at the time of conversion from a Pre-Need cremation to an At-Need cremation will be the CCNSW Cremation Levy. As this is a government levy which may change from time to time the levy will be payable at the time of cremation.

Memorials

The extensive range of memorials located throughout our gardens are available for Pre-Purchase. Pre-purchasing a memorial plot ensures that you can secure a location near your loved ones and in some cases provide positions for your family members to be in the one location now and into the future. Pre-Purchased memorials are purchased at today’s prices with the fees for the plaque and ashes internment being invested with a friendly society to cover any future cpi increases.
